How does our organization get on Spirit WearMall.com ?

Is there a minimum order size?
No, you can order just one item.

When will my order be delivered?
This is based on the arrangement between  Spirit WearMall.com and your organization. After you click on your organization you will see an explanation of when and where delivery will take place.

What are my shipping options?
When making your purchase you will have the option to either bulk ship or ship direct. Bulk ship means your order will be delivered along with the rest of the organizations orders presorted in individual bags with receipts stapled on top. There is no charge for this service.
If you choose to have your item (s) shipped direct there will be a minimum $7.50 shipping and handling fee added to your total. The package will ship via UPS or FedEx ground shipping.

Will I be charged for art set-up, screen charges or digitizing if I am only ordering 1 item from my organization''s store?
No. These costs have been deferred across all orders from your organization.

Can SpiritWearMall.com link our screen printer/embroidery company with our organization?
Yes! Just ask your screen printer/embroidery company to contact us or tell us how to contact them.

What is a campaign?
This is for smaller organizations that typically order on a seasonal basis. Because demand is seasonal we ask that the organization have an order placement time or campaign. The campaign will have a start date and an end date. The campaign can last several weeks or several months. During this time all of the orders are placed. After the campaign expires there are no more orders excepted. There is generally a 2-week period from the end of the campaign before the clothing is delivered.

After our campaign has ended will I be able to purchase one screen printed shirt?
Sorry, we can not fill any small orders after your campaign expires.

What can I do if I ordered the wrong size?
Because this is a custom designed garment we can not refund your money. In some cases it may be possible to switch with another person in your organization.

Can I purchase something from another organization?
Yes. We suggest that you request direct shipment in this case.

Do you offer fundraisers?
Spirit WearMall.com assists your organization to achieve your fundraising goals. We eliminate your risk and hard work.  Spirit WearMall.com will manage the production, inventory and accounting of your fundraiser!

Here are a few steps to accomplishing your fundraising goals:
  • Set a realistic goal. How much money do you want to make?
  • Consult with us to select the clothing that you want to sell.
  • Design your own graphics or allow our team of professionals to do that for you.
  • Set a campaign time period. You will want a start date and an end date.
  • Tell everyone to go to www. Spirit WearMall.com to purchase your spirit wear on-line!
  • When the campaign is over  Spirit WearMall.com will then process and fulfill all orders in the weeks following your campaign. This usually takes about 2-weeks.
  • A portion of the sales will be given to your organization!
